JFM Condemns China and Its Companies as Accomplices in Myanmar Junta's Atrocities

Justice for Myanmar strongly condemned the Chinese government and Chinese companies as accomplices in the junta's international crimes.

 မြန်မာစစ်အုပ်စုရဲ့ နိုင်ငံတကာ ရာဇဝတ်မှုတွေမှာ တရုတ်အစိုးရနဲ့ ကုမ္ပဏီတွေဟာ ကြံရာပါအဖြစ် ပါဝင်ပတ်သက်နေတယ်လို့ Justice for Myanmar (JFM) က ပြင်းပြင်းထန်ထန် ရှုတ်ချလိုက်ပါတယ်။

 JFM stated that not only the perpetrators but also those who aid and abet them must be held accountable.

 JFM ကတော့ ရာဇဝတ်မှု ကျူးလွန်သူတွေတင်မကဘဲ သူတို့ကို အားပေးကူညီနေတဲ့ တရုတ်နိုင်ငံဘက်ကပါ တာဝန်ခံရမယ်လို့ ပြောထားတာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

 

State-owned Chinese arms companies are supplying fighter jets and military vehicles used to attack civilians.

စစ်ရေးပစ်မှတ်မဟုတ်တဲ့ အရပ်သားတွေနဲ့ အဆောက်အအုံတွေကို တိုက်ခိုက်ပြီး လူတွေကို နေရပ်စွန့်ခွာစေတဲ့ စစ်အုပ်စုကို တရုတ်စစ်လက်နက်ကုမ္ပဏီတွေက တိုက်လေယာဉ်တွေနဲ့ စစ်ကားတွေ ရောင်းပေးနေတာပါ။

China is also providing foreign currency to the regime by purchasing Myanmar's natural gas and transporting crude oil.

 ဒါ့အပြင် စီးပွားရေးအရလည်း တရုတ်နိုင်ငံဟာ မြန်မာ့သဘာဝဓာတ်ငွေ့တွေကို ဝယ်ယူပြီး ရေနံစိမ်းတွေ သယ်ယူပို့ဆောင်ပေးတာကြောင့် စစ်အုပ်စုအတွက် နိုင်ငံခြားငွေတွေ ရအောင် ဖန်တီးပေးနေပါတယ်။

 While the junta faces international isolation, China backs the regime to profit from Myanmar's resources and trade routes.

 တစ်ဖက်မှာလည်း အာဆီယံနဲ့ နိုင်ငံတကာက ဖယ်ကြဉ်ထားတဲ့ စစ်အုပ်စုကို ထောက်ခံပေးခြင်းအားဖြင့် တရုတ်နိုင်ငံဟာ မြန်မာ့သယံဇာတတွေနဲ့ စွမ်းအင်လုပ်ငန်းတွေကနေ အကျိုးအမြတ်အများကြီး ရနေတယ်လို့ ပညာရှင်တွေက သုံးသပ်ကြပါတယ်။

 

On June 16th, the Chinese President held an official welcoming ceremony for Min Aung Hlaing in Beijing.

 ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့ ဇွန်လ ၁၆ ရက်နေ့တုန်းကလည်း ပေကျင်းမြို့ကို ရောက်လာတဲ့ အာဏာသိမ်းစစ်ခေါင်းဆောင် မင်းအောင်လှိုင်ကို တရုတ်သမ္မတက အခမ်းအနားနဲ့ လက်ခံကြိုဆိုခဲ့ပါတယ်။

 

During this trip, they signed various MOUs covering technology, security, and economic cooperation.

 အဲဒီခရီးစဉ်အတွင်းမှာ နည်းပညာ၊ လုံခြုံရေးနဲ့ စီးပွားရေးဆိုင်ရာ သဘောတူညီချက်တွေပါဝင်တဲ့ နားလည်မှုစာချွန်လွှာ (MOU) တွေကိုလည်း လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးခဲ့ကြတယ်လို့ သိရပါတယ်။

 

JFM pointed out that this meeting gives false political legitimacy to a military regime that enjoys total impunity.

 JFM ကတော့ အပြစ်ပေးအရေးယူမခံရဘဲ လွတ်မြောက်နေတဲ့ စစ်ခေါင်းဆောင်ကို တရုတ်သမ္မတက လက်ခံတွေ့ဆုံတာဟာ စစ်အုပ်စုကို မှားယွင်းတဲ့ နိုင်ငံရေးတရားဝင်မှု ပေးလိုက်တာပဲလို့ ထောက်ပြထားပါတယ်။

 JFM condemned China, stating that they are directly profiting from the blood and sweat of the Myanmar people through the junta.

Thailand's 10 Restricted Jobs for Foreigners and the Government's Strategic Economic Play

Even with a valid passport and work permit in Thailand, there are 10 specific jobs foreigners are strictly banned from doing.

 ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံမှာရှိတဲ့ မြန်မာအလုပ်သမားတွေအနေနဲ့ ပတ်စ်ပို့နဲ့ အလုပ်လုပ်ကိုင်ခွင့် ကတ်ပြား (Work Permit) ရှိနေရင်တောင်မှ လုံးဝလုပ်ကိုင်ခွင့်မရှိတဲ့ တားမြစ်အလုပ် (၁၀) မျိုး ကိုထုတ်ပြန်လာပါတယ်။

 

According to The Nation, citing the Ministry of Labor, these occupations are legally reserved for Thai nationals only.

 ထိုင်းအလုပ်သမားဝန်ကြီးဌာနရဲ့ ထုတ်ပြန်ချက်ကို ကိုးကားပြီး ဒါဟာ ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံသားတွေအတွက်ပဲ သီးသန့်ကန့်သတ်ထားတာလို့ သတင်းတွေမှာ ဖော်ပြထားပါတယ်။

These include street vending, selling lottery tickets, brokerage work, hair cutting, traditional Thai massage, and driving commercial vehicles.

 ဒီတားမြစ်အလုပ်တွေကတော့ လမ်းဘေးဈေးရောင်းတာ၊ ထီရောင်းတာ၊ ပွဲစားလုပ်တာ၊ ဆံပင်ညှပ်တာ၊ ထိုင်းရိုးရာအနှိပ်နဲ့ အငှားယာဉ်မောင်းတဲ့ အလုပ်တွေ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

 It also covers tour guiding, legal services, traditional crafts, and working in security services.

 ဒါ့အပြင် ဧည့်လမ်းညွှန်လုပ်တာ၊ ဥပဒေရေးရာ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးတာ၊ ရိုးရာလက်မှုလုပ်ငန်းတွေနဲ့ လုံခြုံရေးဝန်ဆောင်မှု (Security) လုပ်ငန်းတွေလည်း ပါဝင်ပါတယ်။

 Foreigners caught breaking these laws face fines up to 50,000 Baht, immediate deportation, and a two-year visa ban.

 ဥပဒေချိုးဖောက်မိရင် နိုင်ငံခြားသားတွေအနေနဲ့ ဘတ် ၅၀,၀၀၀ အထိ ဒဏ်ငွေဆောင်ရမယ့်အပြင် ပြည်နှင်ဒဏ်နဲ့ ၂ နှစ် ဗီဇာပိတ်ပင်တာပါ ကြုံရမှာပါ။

 

Employers can also face heavy fines up to 100,000 Baht, so everyone must be extremely cautious.

 အလုပ်ရှင်တွေလည်း ဘတ် ၁၀၀,၀၀၀ အထိ ဒဏ်ငွေရိုက်ခံရမှာမို့ အထူးသတိပြုကြဖို့ လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။

 

Meanwhile, a survey by Happio revealed that the annual spending power of Myanmar migrants has reached 221 billion Thai Baht.

 တစ်ဖက်မှာလည်း ထိုင်းရောက် မြန်မာရွှေ့ပြောင်းလူထုရဲ့ ဝယ်ယူသုံးစွဲနိုင်စွမ်းဟာ တစ်နှစ်ကို ထိုင်းဘတ်ငွေ ၂၂၁ ဘီလီယံ (ဒေါ်လာ ၆ ဘီလီယံကျော်) အထိ ရှိလာနေပါတယ်။

 

Seeing this economic power, Thai corporations and banks are introducing Myanmar-language services to profit legally.

 ဒီမြန်မာအင်အားစုကို သိသွားကြပြီးနောက် ထိုင်းဘဏ်တွေနဲ့ လုပ်ငန်းရှင်ကြီးတွေဟာ မြန်မာဘာသာစကားတွေထည့်ပြီး တရားဝင် အခွန်ငွေရှာဖို့ ကြိုးစားလာကြပါတယ်။

 Concurrently, the Thai government is heavily cracking down on informal hundi money transfers and unlicensed Myanmar shops.

 အဲ့ဒီအချိန်မှာပဲ ထိုင်းအစိုးရဟာ သူတို့ထက်အရင် မြန်မာတွေဆီက ပိုက်ဆံရှာနေတဲ့ တရားမဝင် ဟွန်ဒီငွေလွှဲလုပ်ငန်းတွေနဲ့ လိုင်စင်မဲ့ မြန်မာဆိုင်တွေကို လိုက်လံနှိမ်နင်းနေတာပါ။

 

Labor experts point out that Thailand has no intention of completely deporting Myanmar workers, as domestic industries rely on them.

Online Scam Cartels Expand Openly in Myaungmya via Bribes, Swindling Migrant Workers

Online scam cartels, locally known as "Kyat Phant," are operating completely out in the open in Myaungmya Township.

ဧရာဝတီတိုင်း မြောင်းမြမြို့နယ်ထဲက လူတော်ကြီးရွာနဲ့ ပကိတ်ကြီးရွာတို့မှာ "ကျားဖြန့်" လို့ ခေါ်ကြတဲ့ အွန်လိုင်းငွေလိမ်လည်မှုလုပ်ငန်းတွေပိုမိုဆိုးရွှားစွာပြုလုပ်လာတယ်လို့ဒေသခံတွေကလူထုမြန်မာကိုပြောပါတယ်။

 

It is dragging underage children into illegal money-making paths and destroying the local community, according to residents.

 အသက်မပြည့်သေးတဲ့ ကလေးငယ်တွေပါ ငွေအလွယ်ရလို့ လမ်းမှားရောက်ပြီး လူထုအသိုင်းအဝိုင်းတစ်ခုလုံး ပျက်စီးနေရတယ်လို့ ဒေသခံတွေက ပြောပါတယ်။

 

Locals say that scam lords who previously fled have now returned after paying massive bribes to corrupt local police and officials.

 ဒေသခံတွေရဲ့ အဆိုအရတော့ ယခင်က ဟန်ပြနှိမ်နင်းမှုကြောင့် ထွက်ပြေးခဲ့ရတဲ့ ကျားဖြန့်ဂိုဏ်းခေါင်းဆောင်တွေဟာ အောက်ခြေရဲတွေနဲ့ အာဏာပိုင်တွေကို လာဘ်ထိုးပြီး ပြန်လုပ်နေပါတယ်။

 

A local scammer named "Kyet Pha Gyi" and his gang targets Myanmar migrant workers by posing as money transfer brokers.

 ဒါ့အပြင် လက်ရှိမြောင်းမြမှာ "ကြက်ဖကြီး" (ဦးဝင်းရှိန်ရဲ့သား) နဲ့ အပေါင်းအပါတွေဟာ ပြည်ပရောက် မြန်မာလုပ်သားတွေကို ပစ်မှတ်ထားပြီး ငွေလွှဲပွဲစားယောင်

ဆောင်ကာ လိမ်လည်နေတာပါ။

 They intercepted and stole hard-earned salaries, swindling over 10 million Kyat in a single day, leaving families devastated.

 သူတို့ဟာ မိသားစုတွေဆီ ပြန်ပို့တဲ့ လစာငွေတွေကို ကြားကနေ လိမ်လည်သွားတာဖြစ်ပြီး တစ်ရက်တည်းမှာပဲ ငွေကျပ် သိန်း ၁၀၀ ကျော် (၁၀ သန်းကျော်) လိမ်လည်ရယူနေတာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

 

Since migrant workers undergo severe hardships abroad, local residents are demanding authorities to crack down on these scams immediately.

 ပြည်ပမှာ ပင်ပန်းဆင်းရဲခံရှာထားရတဲ့ သွေးချွေးစာတွေကို လမ်းခရီးကနေ အလွယ်တကူ လိမ်နေကြတာမို့ ဒီကျားဖြန့်အဖွဲ့တွေကို ထိရောက်စွာ အမြန်ဆုံး နှိမ်နင်းပေးဖို့ ဒေသခံတွေက တောင်းဆိုနေကြပါတယ်။

 

Analysts warn that these syndicates are spreading like cancer cells into rural areas due to the breakdown and corruption of local administration.

An American diplomat was found dead  in Myanmar's largest city, Yangon. 

 မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရဲ့ အကြီးဆုံးမြို့ဖြစ်တဲ့ ရန်ကုန်မြို့မှာ အမေရိကန် သံတမန်တစ်ဦး သေဆုံးနေတာကို တွေ့ရှိရကြောင်း  အမေရိကန် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနက ပြောကြားလိုက်ပါတယ်။ 

 

The U.S. State Department confirmed the death of a government employee  assigned to the embassy in Yangon. 

   ရန်ကုန်မြို့ရှိ အမေရိကန်သံရုံးမှာ တာဝန်ကျနေတဲ့  အမေရိကန်အစိုးရ ဝန်ထမ်းတစ်ဦး သေဆုံးသွားတာ မှန်ကန်

ကြောင်း  ဝါရှင်တန် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနက အတည်ပြုခဲ့ပေမဲ့ အသေးစိတ် အချက်အလက်တွေကိုတော့ ထုတ်ပြန်ခြင်း မရှိပါဘူး။ 

Diplomatic sources say  the man was found dead // at the Sakura Residence and Hotel. 

    သံတမန်အသိုင်းအဝိုင်းရဲ့ ပြောကြားချက်အရ  အဆိုပါ အမေရိကန်သံတမန်ဟာ လွန်ခဲ့တဲ့ နှစ်ပတ်ခန့်က အမေရိကန်သံရုံးနဲ့ တစ်မိုင်ခန့်အကွာမှာရှိတဲ့  ဆာကူရာ ရီဇီဒန့်စ် ဟိုတယ်မှာ သေဆုံးနေတာကို တွေ့ရှိခဲ့တာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ 

 Local police are treating the case  as a possible homicide  and have detained a Thai woman. 

   လက်ရှိမှာတော့ စစ်အုပ်စုလက်အောက်ခံ ရဲတပ်ဖွဲ့က ဒီဖြစ်စဉ်ကို  လူသတ်မှု ဖြစ်နိုင်ခြေအဖြစ် သတ်မှတ်ပြီး စုံစမ်းစစ်ဆေးနေကာ  အမှုနဲ့ ဆက်စပ်ပြီး ထိုင်းအမျိုးသမီးတစ်ဦးကို ဖမ်းဆီးထိန်းသိမ်းထားပါတယ်။ 

 Both the hotel management and the military junta's local police have refused to comment on the case. 

   ဒီကိစ္စနဲ့ ပတ်သက်ပြီး ဆာကူရာဟိုတယ် မန်နေဂျာအပြင် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ နယ်မြေခံ စစ်အုပ်စုရဲ့ ရဲတပ်ဖွဲ့ဝင်တွေကလည်း သတင်းထောက်တွေရဲ့ မေးမြန်းမှုကို တစ်စုံတစ်ရာ ဖြေကြားဖို့ ငြင်းဆန်ခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ 

 

 The Thai Embassy in Yangon  has also declined to provide any details  about consular support for the suspect.

Media and diplomatic observers state that this incident highlights the deteriorating security  and breakdown of law and order  under the military junta in Myanmar.

However, media analysts and observers state that this is a coordinated effort to intensify the regime's propaganda machine, suppress ground-level truths, and mislead the public amidst the ongoing national crisis. The sudden expansion of their district offices is seen as a strategic move to dominate local information flows.

The Dark History of MCRA (1997–2018)

To understand the reality behind this group, it is essential to look back at its notorious history. The network originally originated from the Myanmar Crime Reporters Association, widely known as MCRA. This association was first formed in 1997 under the direct influence of the former Home Affairs Minister, Lieutenant General Tin Hlaing, during the previous military dictatorship.

ဒီအဖွဲ့အစည်းရဲ့ အမှန်တရားကို သိနိုင်ဖို့ဆိုရင် သူတို့ရဲ့ နာမည်ဆိုးနဲ့ ကျော်ကြားခဲ့တဲ့ နောက်ခံသမိုင်းကို ပြန်ကြည့်ဖို့ လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။ ဒီကွန်ရက်ဟာ မူလက ၂၀၁၈ ခုနှစ်မှာ ဖျက်သိမ်းခံခဲ့ရတဲ့ "မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ မှုခင်းသတင်းထောက်များအသင်း" ခေါ် MCRA ကနေ ဆင်းသက်လာတာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ MCRA အဖွဲ့ကို လွန်ခဲ့တဲ့ ၁၉၉၇ ခုနှစ်၊ နဝတ စစ်အာဏာရှင် လက်ထက်က ပြည်ထဲရေး ဝန်ကြီးဟောင်း ဒုတိယဗိုလ်ချုပ်ကြီး တင်လှိုင် က နောက်ကွယ်ကနေ ပံ့ပိုးပြီး ဖွဲ့စည်းပေးခဲ့တာပါ။

For over two decades, MCRA became infamous not for professional journalism, but for rampant corruption. Many of its members exploited their media badges to act as corrupt brokers—extorting money from citizens, accepting bribes, and illegally interfering in police stations and judicial cases. Following intense public complaints and overwhelming evidence of malpractice, the Ministry of Home Affairs officially dissolved and banned MCRA in 2018.

Rebranding Corruption Under New Media Badges

Today, those same notorious figures have re-emerged under new media names like "SH News Agency." The current leadership, particularly CEO U Thet Naing Oo, faces heavy criticism within the media community for a total lack of journalistic integrity and for operating as an official mouthpiece for the military junta.

ဒီကနေ့မှာတော့ အဲဒီ နာမည်ပျက် အမှုပွဲစားဟောင်းတွေဟာ အမည်သစ်တွေ ပြောင်းလဲပြီး လိုင်းပေါ် ပြန်တက်လာကြပါတယ်။ အခု SH သတင်းဌာနကို ဦးဆောင်နေတဲ့ CEO ဦးသက်နိုင်ဦး ဆိုသူဟာ မီဒီယာလောကမှာ ကျင့်ဝတ်သိက္ခာ လုံးဝမရှိသူအဖြစ် အဝေဖန်ခံနေရပြီး စစ်အုပ်စုနဲ့ နီးကပ်တဲ့ ဆက်ဆံရေးကို အသုံးချကာ ဝါဒဖြန့်လုပ်ငန်းတွေကို လုပ်ဆောင်နေတာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

The Junta’s Wider Propaganda Network

This is not an isolated phenomenon. The military council is actively funding and fabricating multiple propaganda networks to manipulate public perception. Agencies such as NP News, People Media, and Myanmar Hard Talk operate under identical patterns. They all disguise themselves as independent or alternative media, while their primary operations consist of attacking legitimate independent journalists, whitewashing the regime's atrocities, and gaslighting the public about the country's actual situation.
