A monumental military and political shift is reshaping Myanmar's western frontline. The United League of Arakan / Arakan Army (ULA/AA) officially announced on the night of May 29th that it has secured near-total control over the entirety of Rakhine State, stating that the Arakan National Revolution is now just a single step away from achieving 100% success.
ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်အတွင်း ဆယ်စုနှစ်များစွာအတွင်း အကြီးမားဆုံးသော စစ်ရေး၊ နိုင်ငံရေး အလှည့်အပြောင်းကြီးတစ်ခု ပေါ်ပေါက်လာခဲ့ပြီ ဖြစ်သည်။
ရခိုင်တစ်ပြည်လုံးနီးပါးကို သိမ်းပိုက်ထိန်းချုပ်ထားနိုင်သည့် အခြေအနေသို့ ရောက်ရှိနေပြီဖြစ်ကြောင်းနှင့် အာရက္ခအမျိုးသားတော်လှန်ရေး ရာနှုန်းပြည့်အောင်မြင်ရန် လက်တကမ်းအလိုသာ လိုတော့ကြောင်း ရက္ခိုင်အမျိုးသားအဖွဲ့ချုပ် (ULA/AA) က မေလ ၂၉ ရက် ညပိုင်းတွင် တရားဝင် ထုတ်ပြန်ကြေညာလိုက်

This strategic milestone underscores the profound collapse of the military junta’s grip on Rakhine, while signaling the rise of a new regional governance structure.
ဤထုတ်ပြန်ချက်သည် ရခိုင်စစ်မျက်နှာတွင် စစ်ကောင်စီတပ်များ၏ အလုံးစုံပြိုလဲမှုကို ပြသနေရုံသာမက၊ ဒေသတွင်း အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးယန္တရားအသစ်တစ်ခု အသက်ဝင်နေပြီဖြစ်ကြောင်း ကမ္ဘာကို အသိပေးလိုက်ခြင်းလည်း ဖြစ်သည်။
According to the ULA/AA statement, the revolution has achieved absolute control over key townships including Pauktaw, Kyauktaw, Mrauk-U, Minbya, Myebon, Ponnagyun, Ramree, Taungup, Maungdaw, Thandwe, Ann, and Paletwa in Chin State. Offensive operations are currently underway to dismantle remaining junta strongholds in Sittwe, Kyaukphyu, and Manaung.

A Victory Forged in Blood and the Enemy's Desperate Retaliation (သွေးချွေးများဖြင့် ရင်းနှီးခဲ့ရသော အောင်ပွဲနှင့် ရန်သူ၏ အရူးမီးဝိုင်းတုံ့ပြန်မှု)
The AA profoundly acknowledged that this historic achievement is the direct result of the ultimate sacrifices, lives, and blood of Arakan fighters, coupled with the unwavering solidarity of the Arakanese public.
AA အနေဖြင့် ဤကဲ့သို့သော သမိုင်းဝင်အောင်မြင်မှုသည် အာရက္ခစစ်သည်တော်များ၏ အသက်၊ ဘဝ၊ သွေးချွေးများစွာ စွန့်လွှတ်မှုနှင့် ပြည်သူလူထုတစ်ရပ်လုံး၏ ခိုင်မာသော ပံ့ပိုးကူညီမှုကြောင့် ဖြစ်သည်ဟု လေးနက်စွာ အသိအမှတ်ပြုထားသည်။
However, the leadership cautioned that the revolution is not yet complete. Reeling from catastrophic territorial losses, the military junta has responded with heavy artillery and intensified airstrikes, targeting civilian towns and villages in a desperate bid to disrupt the opposition’s momentum.

Beyond the physical battlefield, the Arakan revolutionary government is also actively countering political and diplomatic maneuvers on the international stage. This indicates that while the AA has secured physical territory, it is simultaneously navigating a complex geopolitical landscape to establish international legitimacy.

State-Building Amid Conflict: Preserving Mrauk-U's Heritage(တိုက်ပွဲကြားက တိုင်းပြည်တည်ဆောက်ရေးနှင့် မြောက်ဦးယဉ်ကျေးမှုဇုန် ထိန်းသိမ်းရေး)
Remarkably, the AA is not just fighting a war; it is concurrently laying the groundwork for post-conflict governance and civil administration.
ထူးခြားချက်မှာ AA သည် စစ်ရေးတိုက်ပွဲများကို ဆင်နွှဲနေရုံသာမက၊ တစ်ပြိုင်နက်တည်းမှာပင် နယ်မြေစိုးမိုးရေးနှင့် အရပ်ဘက် အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းများကိုအင်တိုက်အားတိုက် စတင်နေပြီဖြစ်သည်။
The Arakan People's Revolutionary Government has systematically initiated projects to restore the rule of law, healthcare, education, administration, and rural-urban development across liberated zones. အာရက္ခပြည်သူ့တော်လှန်ရေးအစိုးရသည် တရားဥပဒေစိုးမိုးရေး၊ ကျန်းမာရေး၊ ပညာရေး၊ မြို့ပြနှင့် ကျေးလက်ဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေးလုပ်ငန်းများကို တစိုက်မတ်မတ် ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိသည်။
Urban planning committees have been established to systematically develop various regions, including the ancient historic city of Mrauk-U. Crucially, specific measures have been laid out to preserve and protect the ancient Mrauk-U cultural zone as a world-class heritage site a clear demonstration of the revolutionary government's capacity to ensure long-term stability and cultural preservation.
အထူးသဖြင့် မြို့ပြစီမံကိန်းလုပ်ငန်းကော်မတီများ ဖွဲ့စည်းကာ ရှေးဟောင်းသမိုင်းဝင် မြောက်ဦးမြေ အပါအဝင် ဒေသအသီးသီးတွင် မြို့ပြအစီအစဉ်များ စနစ်တကျ ရေးဆွဲနေပြီ ဖြစ်သည်။ ကမ္ဘာ့အဆင့်မီ ရှေးဟောင်းအမွေအနှစ်ဇုန်ဖြစ်သည့် မြောက်ဦးယဉ်ကျေးမှုနယ်မြေကို သန့်ရှင်းစွာ ထိန်းသိမ်းကာကွယ်ရန် အစီအစဉ်များ ချမှတ်ထားကြောင်း ထည့်သွင်းပြောကြားထားရာ ၎င်းသည် ဒေသတွင်း တည်ငြိမ်မှုကို ပြသနိုင်ရန် ကြိုးပမ်းမှုတစ်ခုဖြစ်သည်။
In conclusion, Rakhine State is rapidly transitioning away from military dictatorship toward self-determination and national reconstruction. As the Arakan revolutionary government urges citizens to actively participate in state-building initiatives with national solidarity, it is evident that the future of Rakhine is closing in on a defining, historic triumph.
